TransACT Hope Inc has established a separate fund to help area families who are experiencing difficulty in keeping utilities and heat turned on. This fund is in partnership with area schools and churches. TransACT Hope will be working with area school and church personnel to identify those in need. Families and individuals will be identified through referrals only and not through an application process.
